Common tasks

Export your data

  1. In Relief, open Settings.
  2. Tap Export / Reports.

Export and the doctor report come with Premium.

Delete everything

On iPhone

  1. Touch and hold Relief on the Home Screen.
  2. Tap Remove App, then Delete App, then Delete.

On Android

  1. In Relief, open Settings.
  2. Tap Clear all data, then Delete. Deleting the app removes it too.

Cancel Premium

On iPhone

  1. In your iPhone’s Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Tap Relief, then Cancel Subscription, at least 24 hours before the period ends.

On Android

  1. In Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
  2. Tap Relief, then Cancel subscription.

Deleting the app doesn’t cancel it. Your data stays on your device.

Allow location for the forecast

On iPhone

  1. In your iPhone’s Settings, tap Privacy & Security, then Location Services.
  2. Tap Relief and choose While Using the App.

On Android

  1. In your phone’s Settings, tap Apps, then Relief, then Permissions › Location.
  2. Choose Allow only while using the app.

Your location is sent only to look up the weather and air quality near you, and isn’t saved or kept as a history.

Restore a purchase

  1. In Relief, open Settings.
  2. Tap Restore purchases. It’s also on the Premium screen, under the main button.

Restoring finds Premium bought with the Apple Account or Google Account you’re signed in with.

Give Relief access to Apple Health

  1. Open the Health app and tap your picture at the top.
  2. Under Privacy, tap Apps, then Relief, and turn on what Relief may read.

Set up Relief for Apple Watch

  1. Update your iPhone to iOS 27 and Relief to 2.3, and your Apple Watch to watchOS 27. It needs Apple Watch Series 9 or later, Ultra 2 or later, or SE 3.
  2. If Relief isn’t on your watch yet, open the Watch app on your iPhone, find Relief under Available Apps, and tap Install.
