Descriptions
Short, about 50 words
Relief is a migraine forecast and tracker for iPhone, Apple Watch and Android, used by more than 100,000 people. Each morning it estimates the day’s migraine risk from the weather and a person’s own log, and shows what’s driving it. During an attack, it follows every stage. Health data stays on the person’s devices.
Long, about 150 words
Relief helps people with migraine see bad days coming. Each morning it scores the day’s migraine risk from 0 to 100, using the weather, the person’s own log and, on iPhone, sleep, cycle and heart rate from Apple Health. Why this score breaks each number down, from falling pressure to a short night, and the forecast becomes more personal as the log grows.
When something starts, one tap on “I feel something” begins tracking. Relief follows early signs, aura, headache and recovery, each with its own timer, and checks every dose against the person’s medicine plan. Trends show what tends to come before attacks and what helped, and a PDF report gives a doctor the full picture. Relief for Apple Watch puts the whole attack on the wrist.
There are no accounts, and health data stays on the person’s devices. Relief is made by Exhalo Inc. It is a tracking and forecasting tool, not a medical device.
