Delete my data

Relief keeps your health data on your devices, so deleting it is mostly in your hands. Here is every place it can be.

Where your data can be

Relief has no accounts, so there’s no account to close. Canceling Premium doesn’t delete anything; do that with the steps below.

On your phone

On iPhone

  1. Touch and hold Relief on the Home Screen.
  2. Tap Remove App, then Delete App, then Delete.

On Android

  1. In Relief, open Settings.
  2. Tap Clear all data, then Delete.

On either phone, deleting the app removes everything Relief keeps on it.

In Apple Health

If you let Relief write the episodes you log to Apple Health, remove them in the Health app.

  1. Open the Health app and tap your picture.
  2. Tap Apps, then Relief, then Delete All Data from “Relief”.

On Apple Watch

What you track on the watch syncs to your iPhone, and the watch forgets it once your iPhone has it. It keeps a copy of what your iPhone sends, such as today’s forecast, your medicines and the attack you’re tracking. Deleting Relief from your iPhone removes it from the watch too. To remove only the watch’s copy:

  1. On your iPhone, open the Watch app and tap Relief.
  2. Turn off Show App on Apple Watch.
